if government able to provide an assistance package and revamp the company.. it might be able to generate profits again to reduce the debt. and share price will reflect eventually.

To be frank. 0.04 is the price it is saddled with 10bil debt and have no reason to come back. hence the price drop to 0.04. now with help. it has to go up lol..
