Angmoh CEO see their work ethic also tak boleh tahan, rather resign than to recieve fat cheque. While these "local" CEO can't do shit, but they don't give a damn about the company coz they just in for the cheque.

Another good example is Sapura Energy's boss, company is dying,very heavily in debt and share price is stagnant. Quarter after quarter of loss, yet the CEO is the 2nd most highly paid(renumeration) in Malaysia right after Genting's boss. RM80+ million of renumeration for Sharil alone in 2018. Company keep making loss but still has the face to pocket in shareholder's money. That 80mil can almost cover 1 quarter's loss already.

So you can see clearly their level of motivation, productivity, work ethics and dedication towards the company.No long term sight. Total failure. Seriously, can't touch their company, most of them are listed to pocket in public's money.
