Don’t over react on anything anyone mentions here . U have to make your own judgement. I bought this stock because poor man like me don’t have $ to buy land . So I treat buying this counter as purchased land at a cheaper price . That’s all . Ordinary people like us can never predict correctly the price movement. I can only ‘wait’

But don’t be too certain about it. This thing may not be materialised

Eagle , hopefully. Might be still a long way to go . So far I can’t see or feel that it can become real . I believe still at a very early stage.

My only wish n hope is Minetec can get at least one project out of the three dam going to build .

I believe mega project can’t be materialised immediately. It needs time for planning. So , please be more realistic, I think RE projects can’t be announced very soon. Might be other construction projects possible.
