Mr Nemesis i had no knowledge of the land sold to Empire Mammoth five years ago. Is there any proceed still derive from this sales ? for how many years again ? If there is still proceed , is it reflected in the last FY performance ?

i think in 5 to 10 years time MKLAND should be more than your forecast. i had bought enough of it already at around 0.37. The only worry is that will this counter keep on paying dividend every year at around 3 cents.
Hope that it will not go down below 35 cents in case there is a major correction in the world market..

During last year AGM, Datuk M talk very impressive. Anyway profit increase , company in good condition. I think keep for long term with yearly 4 cents dividend ( if consistent ) will be a good investment.

So Mr Lee, they should disclose the application for this fund received from the sales of land. Might be they use it to reduce Bank OD and make lump sum payment to loan
