I am new in i3investor.
I am glad to receive information from all the people here especially both of u and Mr Calvin.
May i know both of u give your sincere advise or just dont like certain person and things that happen to both of u before ?
Any way. my opinion in shares trading is listen to news and decide yourself. Buy when no body want with low n reasonable price.. sell when u think u have already make enough profit or the stock is no more attractive.
Lastly, never blame those who give u information. Decision is always make by yourself.

As for MKLAND

1. PE is not that high as what u think.
2. u try to check the counter past year record carefully to find up the actual all time high. few ringgit of 50 cts as what u said.
3. Since u know property market very well, n after listen to few persons commend on this counter. i think u should join us.

Make a try i think u wouldnt regret.

I had attended last year AGM. i am getting more confident after i attended it.

GOOD SHARE purchase at very high price definitely not so good
Potential share purchase at low price will be a very good choice.
So what do u think about MKLAND now. We should not dislike the share instead try to find chance to make $$$ from it.

One of the director En Kasi sold another 2,000,000 shares in the open market. Total sold by him this month 10,000,000 share. What is your opinion on this ? will it stop the chance for this counter to go up or he purposely sold to another party to goreng this counter ?

i also believe that MPCORP share price can go up. Focal is mainly due to take over. today Focal can go up i think due to project and very limited free float share. I also bought Focal b4 the price move

i had already invest in both Mpcorp N Mkland at thirty over cents.
Personally i think that Mpcorp will rise faster than Mkland but cannot keep for long term unless there is some news really good for Mpcorp.

Calvin, the land of MPC consider as very small as compare with that of MK LAND.
i believe in buying MKLAND for long term and MPCORP for very short term.
