I oso kid in any analysis....I oso no time to do analysis.....but big boss willing to take share at 1.10, a premium of more than 100% means what to u? To me, it means they will do some corporate exercise to the company so that it will worth more than 1.10. The technical analysis and hard sell work nid to "lo fan" u d......haha

u wan to know what is the implication then u check the time when they announced the entering into the option agreement then u mai know what is the implication to the share price lor....

黄睦焜, u ask me how to exercise? then I ask u, what if they dun exercise, how they get majority control of the company, and if they cannot get majority control of the company, y they wan to get into this company at the first place? rich ppl dun js look at small picture, they dun just buy low and sell high, that's traders......rich ppl look at larger picture and not care about those few millions gain only....

I learn about technical analysis not long ago and just know some basics. I just dunno whether wave 2 is ended already or not but other technical indicator are showing positive sign. Fundamental is quite useful sometimes and I used it together with technical analysis so to provide a more accurate investment. I feel that technical is a tool to provide you the best timing to enter.

not to say confirm o not.......the 1 over % Gary is holding now is part of the exercise of the option @ 1.10. Gary will have the option to exercise the remaining before 19 Sep 2014. The previous directors resigned citing the emergence of a new major shareholder as the reason. Even if Gary do not exercise the option, Siva still have the rights to sell the shares to Gary. If Siva does not intend to sell the shares, why would Gary and he entered into a put option agreement? The call option agreement will be enuf la if that's the case. Think yourself and see whether its confirm o not.
