if i were coldeye, i wouldn't wan to dispose the share lor....cash per share is about 40 sen, no debt at all, PE<10, every year generate positive cashflow and dividend yield of about 4%. you wait n c lo, if ecs gets xiaomi distributorship, this company is like a chicken which lay gold egg everyday....

the dividend haven announce yet. based on past record, most probably announce on Jun and ex in July. Based on current share price and FY2014 earnings, PE already around 5.7. I agree that it is super undervalue.......

If business with a profit guarantee term u still scare will losing money like Digistar, then I suggest all of you dun invest in shares......business of coz got profit got loss de lar......u go out do business urself u can confirm u sure profit de meh.....

profit guarantee means the profit confirm will got 15m, if it doesn't hit, then claim back from the vendor lar.......no matter how the company will have full year profit of 15m. And normally ppl give profit guarantee, they quite sure that it will be almost 100% confirm can hit. Look at Inari lar....the business it acquires last year oso have a profit guarantee term, if cannot hit then y r they so daring to give gurantee.....think of urself....

there is a profit guarantee of RM15m......no matter how they lose also got RM15m lar....

if u look at rhb report, smart ppl will c they are making the conservative assumption on the financials and yet it is still worth 0.29. And yet they are assuming on diluted basis while the warrants are out-of-money. And the funny part is ppl saying it will drop to 0.22 and enter PN17 even it profits for 3 years...

ya, the price maybe will collapse to below RM0.10 also......then the major shareholder js offer to takeover the company, nevertheless they are holding more than 50% of the company...

its quite a good news that many are leaving and that's when it will rebound...

so if initially they have 5m cash, then if share price drop, the cash will gone?

js becoz the company share price drop, then the company in problem? the share price rises, the company no problem?
