@cckkpr, I think tmr or the day after shud be can in d.....I think market over react, the fed official oso say the policy should be very easy and they will not taper before next year, but he only say "it remains a POSSIBILITY in the dec 17-18 to QE reduction".....

@armadasaxon, I wouldn't say its impossible, coz last time they have insurance biz which is governed by BNM to reserve some cash, now they are a purely gaming company and the management said before they committed to pay more dividend which is at 80% dividend payout and actually they intend to pay more than that.
