In my opinion and advise...it is a pre-trending down stock.
first touch at 9.24 +-, then apprx return back to 9.8, then push down.

The company use buy back terms until a limit then push up to let other rush in. They trapped by PN 17. So us they money to buy back most of the stock at .03+- sen then sell at a profit of 200%++. Assume the comp use 5 million to play the game, now they can get back at least 1 billion to fill their "financial holes".
