if price 0.32 x 50,000 (50k lot) = rm 16000
Short = 25,000 x 0.315 = Rm 7875
Buy back = 25,000 x 0.31 = Rm 7750
Gain rm 125 x 10x short days = Rm 1250

I'm not encouraging you to short.....only PDT ( professional Day Traders) Frequently apply this. I'm just showing technic of shorting....that's all.... Pls don't apply this you might run into a loss of capital if wrong timing especially anytime now Suma is going for higher price possibility of 0.35 / 0.40

Shorting is illegal when you don't own the share.
Once you buy & paid the share on T3 consider you own the share.
Let say you have 50k share @ price 0.32. & you know Suma can give 1/2 sen gain everyday...so you short (sell) @ 0.315 25k lot. Then buy back @ 0.31 25k lot.
You gain 1/2 sen for 25k..... Why you short only half? Just Incase price did not come down for you to buy back....

Aiyo Dragon ....position trading with 20% gain.... Opportunity may be 5 time a year....cukup lah ...that's why I said size must be right.
Otherwise you go for 10 - 15% but pay more brokerage....If you had bot Suma @ 0.28 exit @ 0.32 (50% holding ) that will be 0.06 sen 17% gain . Ok what. At the same time without you realizing you also increase the no of lots holding for long term....

Try next time when opportunity comes....

Dragon...If I can do it ...I'm sure you can do it... The trick is everytime oversold take advantage...position size must right with capital of Rm100,000 min. Then once gain 20% to 25% then exit 25 - 50% holding & wait again for oversold.....
This way you don't exit in & out too often.... Less brokerage fees.

If less capital also can apply this position trading strategy

Many players oredi sold out due to loss confidence in this stock.
PDT's are not interested in this stock due to very small ATR.
Those who hold this stock for mid & long term are call "stupid"investors
I guess I'm one of them. This dumb & dumber & "stupid" stock has given me (stupid investor) more than 6 figure income within 8 months & due to this I will always stay loyal to Mr. Suma. Any dip or pull back I take this as opportunity to accumulate.

My needs are small.... Closing 1/2 sen higher everyday.....or 2.5 sens p.week

Manmin, I understand your frustration having stuck 1m share in Sumatec....& moving 1 sen for 1 day but down 3 sens over 5 days. I share same feeling but as I said I go long haul with Suma as I see the potential. So my frustration is a lesser degree than yours. Suma wants to sleep let it sleep lah....yesterday wake up to give us Sumatrian a breather eventhough short lived. Meanwhile i concentrate on other counters which I apply swing & scalping....Stay cool my friend soon you'll be able to take Suma out of yr fridge......

No need to be scared.....Company oredi gave indication that 4th quarter 2013 will be positive, profit from sale of non-oil assets (one off) around 86m. Go thru their unaudited account which you can view from their website post regularisation plan. Projected profit for this year around 60m. I think these"researcher" still in the dark about Sumatec & still searching & searching but don't know or ignorance about financial position of Sumatec.

Come on where can drop to 0.10 whereby par value is 0.14....
Company now planing to to increase oil production & will be exiting PN17 after 2 quarter profits at least..... How to be 0.10 ....possibly Rm 1.00 lah...... Tungggguuuuuu...

Today many aso take profit but price remain close @ 0.32. Public hold only 25% of shares, so if many take profit still will not affect the price downside. Our concern only when company play down ie if Tekad C&W sell to make way for new directors, then there will be impact on the price....

Stochastic today initiated a call buy & hopefully price will "walk the band" & remain above 0.32. Confirm reversal once price can reach 0.35 ... Hopefully by tomorrow, well see.....

Yahoo,.... just this morning gave my opinion & expect tomorrow to move up.
Managed to grab 0.30 in anticipating for next week to move but HAPPY oredi move up...

Company has their own route plan to execute. They don't care what we think, how we feel, they're controlling the company, they have route plan to take this company to higher level beyond Rm 1.00 . So we have to anticipate what is their route plan probably till 2017. In the event the timeframe for holding is beyond our holding power, then we will revise. I will tunggguuuuu.... Till. June 2014...

I think PP price is a done deal 0.27....announcement on PP is to follow Bursa requirement only. Thru PP additional 10% of 3b share (3m) is created.
This new PP share is not out int he market yet probably keep min 3 years ( I guess only)
