Sumatec had gone thru "falling knife" last month when directors dumping portion of their stake. Now is consolidation mode for almost 20 days.
We here is waiting for " fireworks" not "falling knife"...

Anyway I've made comparison TIGER & SUMATEC.
Ok we're not comparing apple with apple.
Look at business point of view....I will choose Sumatec of course...
Taking consideration by mid June Sumatec will definitely out of PN 17

I'm working in the oil & gas industry in Kazakhstan. Sumatec is heading into trouble trying to invest here. The corruption here is extremely bad, especially in the O&G small / mid-size companies. The initial story will be all beautiful and flowery, but once started to make profit, all the big fish mafia & Kazmunaigas (their national O&G company) will start squeezing the company really hard. Why there's no other Malaysian O&G companies here including Petonas?...Kazakhstan has been an independent country since 1991. Shell is exiting the country...AGIP ENI is relinquishing some fields..many small operators have been screwed. Don't think they'll reach their target revenue by 2015, there are a lot of things going around here that are not in the news. You've been warned....

I like Noraini's calm n ratonal approach...What would you do if you were in this situation. 100,000 shares at 1.89 per shares...sell first thing on thursday morning, knowing everyone will be dumping or hold until selling subsides later on...or buy in cheaper to take advantage of the panic selling prices to average down...or like i say sell first n buy back later a cheaper cost...??? or just do nothing...

Ans : I Ithink the " skyfall" drop from 2.70 to 1.84 due to no oil ( known to " selected few" ) has been factored in. Now price is at double bottom & almost 100% oversold (WR%) The bad news definitely will cause further selling pressure. Cum tomorrow I will stay sideline , watch the market's reaction for the first hour, then decide. If price plunge further down & touch my "stop loss" than I will exit in total. I will enter again when the " sky is clear" & when the chart produce a reversal sign. to rebound.

DreamHunter, it's good promotion for Sumatec by Wahaahaa to create new thread "The New Sumatec" . I'm glad he has changed his skeptism on Sumatec.
But the word "Suma Wisdom" is questionable. Look at the no.of posting he has.
His first posting was 22 Oct, many of us here had been with Suma months ahead, going thru all ups & down with Hantus, draculas, sharks, etc....

Think ! Why do the offeror want to give out "free warrant" to subscribers of the rights ? I think it's better to sell out all and take whatever profits there are left and wait till the right shares are listed then only make the decision whether to invest in the Company ! This just my 2 cents opinion, final decision is still yours !

Puan Noraini, what do U mean by "Mother will not go below than OR" ? Do you mean if OR at RM0.08 than it is possible for mother to go down to RM0.085 ?
If one buys OR at RM0.08 and add RM0.175, cost is RM0.255. But if I wait for the rights to be listed then it may be possible that I can get to buy the shares at RM0.26 or below without the hassle of going thru' the subscription process, isn't it better like that ?

Dragonslayer, congrats.... got dividend... "buah kendondong" also known as "buah Amra" so long did'nt eat it...

Whether got oil or not only God knows. Hibiscs had taken public money to fund their exploration. They have huge obligation to justify their millions USD explorations. Let the management worry about this.......& what steps to take......

If price against us if can tahan then hold, otherwise cut loss & move to another promising counter which can recover the loses?
I'm not excluded from this turmoil... Life is not revolving around Hibiscs alone...

Noraini, you did very well to exit bungaraya with your TA. What made you re-enter at 1.85? Is it the chart? I am curious on whether the charting tool is really effective (heard story that in Bursa especially speculative counters, the 'chart' is created by the 'manipulator')

Stargaezer,  yes my trading revolves 75%TA  & 25% guts feeling.
I  Q  @ 1.85 to "confirm" downtrend / pullback ... if the long red candle can reach double bottom, since oredi entering oversold.  I was surprise it got filled during closing.  Aiyo... the next day suspended pulak.... Luckily 1k lot..

Manipulators - strong word man.... I try to focus on TA & the candlestick which can picture the behavior between the bulls & the bears.
Hibiscs had entered bears world, until bears get too much of it & satisfied...
then the bulls will slowly come back..... I'm not worried...Fundamentaly Hibiscs is strong....& wil soon make a comeback...... PATIENCE IS KEY...
