Pareto, In TA, normally I'm guided by 4 indicators ie MACD, RSI, STOCHASTIC & Bollinger Band. To confirm overbought & oversold - I use WR
To confirm trend direction - I use ADX

Nowadays I concentrate more on candlestick pattern which can interpret how bulls & bears are behaving. So far it gives me 80% accuracy

For example Hibiscs @ 2.70 created candlestick similar to "shooting star" or "inverted hammer" on up trend. . this gives indication that possibility of reversal in the making. To confirm I need to see next day chart & true enuf the next day it creates "bearish engulfing" This confirms reversal & I'll start selling half of my position..

Your TA is right. Hibiscs in oversold area, RSI is related to strength - @ 35 is weakening. Stochastic is diving towards oversold area - confirming down trend.

TA is a guidance only for you to take position or not & not forgetting the position size. The higher the price the fewer lots I'll buy ....more like pyramiding.

Oversold - literally means bargain price, we should start buying... Don't panic
I recommend to stay sideline as " selling pressure" is created again to bring down the price with the help of traders. There's 2 big " players". One wants to bring up the price, the other wants to bring down the price, without traders involvement the range is too tight to make quick gain. We have seen this for the past 3 weeks....
Let the bull & the bear clober each other... We just watch the show..stay calm...

I always rely on stochastic K > D. Now Sumatec stochastic K 20 lower < D 27
Once K coss D will initiate call buy but K must remain above D at least 5 days to see reversal. After 5 days if K cross D down then you'll have "fake breakout" so will slow down reversal.

Aiya Carlsraj, Sumatec investors never complain. Only one complain are those haven't bought but waiting @ 0.25.......

Last year I had big pond in my garden, .... have all types of fish....my hubby's hobby
