Their profits will grow up a lot once the Putra Mall renovation is completed. Once profits increased, you will see the price go up. No worries, dividend still will be distributed quarterly.

From the results, set aside the one off gain on selling of PPE, we can see the Export sales is catching up, increase a lot, probably in Singapore as per Calvin the sales in Singapore is good. But overall, much effort are needed to be on par with last year revenue.

The operating cash flow also improved, seems that the money that they received is from selling their products. With high sales without getting cash also equal to zero.

Regarding the cash and balance disclosed in accounts, even though it is from China, auditors must get confirmation from bank (whether is oversea or local bank) before it can be disclosed to public. Unless the banker from China helps the client to create fraudulent bank figures.

If shareholders are uncomfortable with the bank figures, request a due diligent on the cash and bank deposited in China then.

For PMcorp to defeat the competitor, they need to improve their chocolates quality. They need to do market research, the sugar and cocoa level for each chocolate, they need to eat other brands chocolate to identify their deficiency.

Honestly, RM1 or RM2 difference for the chocolate has little effect on the consumer spending behavior.

Besides the Crispy products, others should be critically revisit on their taste and ingredients mix.

For the shareholders, you try other brands chocolate then only tryout Network Food Sdn. Bhd. chocolates to tell the difference.

PMcorp do have fast moving stocks, but will it be better to have almost all products are fast moving?

LoL, take advice, opinion, buy with your fingers. The management must work harder to improve their chocolate quality that is one thing.

They need to really use the money in good faith, but not perks for the directors.

However, with sales to supermarkets, all cash sales, trade receivables should be easy to collect. The business model is good, quality is not inferior but not the best.

For a Good fundamental shares, buy more when it comes down. PMCorp will go wrong when milk, butter, got poison. Or like breach the level of cleanliness for the factory - force to close down for a few weeks, cocoa got radiation. For whatever reason, the consumer got problem after taken the chocolate, then is bad for PMCorp.

Otherwise, just ignore the noise in the market.

Mike, that's ambition is a bit small, at least 1.00 if the operating cash flow is positive and management continues doing their job. 1.00 is near.

Due to the company is smaller, GIANT TESCO AEON will pay them later than NESTLE DLADY, those huge Companies.

Hope they can get back their money on time, reduce the trade receivables turnover rate.

Oh, maybe they can fight the VICO MILO and now DLADY chocolate powder market. Since it is a cocoa business, why not fight some cakes from them.

AyamTua, no offended in anyway, we focus on the Company and Products. Their products stand side by side with NESTLE and other famous brands.
Not to say that their products are not good, its good, especially CRISPY! I loved it since young.

However, the management need to do something to out-beat others. I have seem the air-tight zip plastic packaging which is a good starting point.

The quality of the products are needed to be improved. Someone should alert the management.

Besides the shareholders marketing the products, PMCORP also need to promote their products to gain more volume of sales. A lot of my friends are not familiar with the name. They just know Cadbury, which hurts me as a Shareholder of PMCORP.

Guys, before investing in one Company please do some research. AyamTua, dont over-exaggerate the chocolates. Some refine needed to be taken.

I went to Giant and Tesco, and have been informed that that Tudor Gold in a plastic tupperware and Tango milk chocolates in purple colour are fast moving stocks. However, Cadbury still the best.

Crispy, I don't think they have competition. I loved that since young until now.

However, the Tudor Gold, I bought the Almond & dark chocolate. It is too sweet, seems like sugar is more than cocoa, I haven't tried others, but the quality of the products are needed to be improved to compete with others.

Overall, Network Food's products covered the shelve equivalent to Nestle and Vonblablabla.. Tudor Gold also come out with innovative packaging which is the air tight zip thingy, out-beat the competitor.

The company has negative operating cash flow, higher inventories and higher trade receivables. The increased in cash is through borrowings from bank loan. All the profits are not actualised, why? Is the management accounts being cooked or being recorded true and fair?

Cash and bank is difficult to be cooked in financial statements. Those huge cash is real. That's the opportunity the company has, so as we.

Calvin, I support PMcorp, but with only Tango it won't go far. They must make very useful of the huge cash for expansion or whatever plan to achieve your goal, but at least realistic a bit say reach the level like Apollo and Poweroot; then only aim for Dlady and Nestle.
