Thee management have experience in timber industry but do they have a competent management team in palm oil industry? This quarter n next one will show their true colour.

I'm not in this line but this stock is in my watch list. When to buy it, I don't yet cause the stock is in down trend, as investor, everyone like to buy cheap including myself. I always like a company when they expand their business cause there will be growth. Furthermore, they expand in the industry they r familiar with. Not like some other counter, from furniture expand into property, that's too risky.

The management have a proven track record. It's a good move for them in the long run. Of course, their profit might be affected by need to sevice the interest n also start up cost for new business for next 1 to 3 years. in business it is either you expand or wither away.

Ya, It's cheap, hopefully after steel theme play, construction theme play, next will be palm oil theme play. If you read the newspaper nowadays, all research house r having positive comment towards palm oil.

According to their report Q3 sales will not be as good as Q2, hopefully increase in profit margin will help to cushion drop in sales. But Q4 expected to be good.



Current year prospects

let alone, push up steel prices in the third quarter. Under such market sentiment, the Group expects the
third quarter sales volume to be conservative. However the Group expects the fourth quarter business
performance to be better than the third quarter as past records have shown that the fourth quarter has

One thing I know is that when last Q result out, many research house also give target below 6, but EPF accum agressively. My assumption is this, when some fund want to buy, they will releaase some unfavourable report, when they want to sell, they will release sui sui report.
