one of the worst stock i had seen in my life. Superb fundamental, but no velocity. everytime push up con ppls onli. rubbish owner.

anyone can tell me what is the use of fundamental?
what is the fundamental of Gold? it rose from usd300 to usd1900 in a few years. and crash n drop to 1200 and now 1330. has the fundamental of gold changes? gold is gold. its dead. its not giving dividend. it is not generating income.

so for all those FA ppls, go fly kite.

the reason is simply, after bursa give away PDT license which can long or short stocks. the margin for stock movement became very tight. and volume huge. (this is what bursa want. stamp duty mah) and this pdt dont pay commission.
now according to the bosses of stockbroking firm. even pdt not making money.... and they scale down.
many pdt also hire assistance to punt the mkt. on top of broking firm.
(bullbear u can apply to hwangdbs. they give u basic 2k, and give u a starter 50k acct to punt everyday. profit sharing. must clear position everyday)

and who is making money???

i know of this old remisier. state of the art equipments and software in office. his office is like a fighter jet cockpit. 10 displays, all indicators and realtime charts and he trade stock futures palm hk spore europe everything u can think of.
he told me he only make money from the 2013 election months. thereafter make lost back make lost back. for bursa stock.

what tripple? they need to earn at least 1 yr expenses on every bullish phase..

according to the stats i have. most fulltime traders in bolehland takboleh survive. bullbear. this is not to scare u. but bolehland mkt hot for a while then winter most of the time. when hot time. many came out to trap ppls. when winter they collect back cheap n cheaper. some stocks after a push of few days can coma for 5yr, 10 yrs.

Grandma's advice to Danny Tan on perception of this counter as follow. The story of the driver and his boss. Everyone may see Yau as a good driver driving a premium car which requires a few things for it to run wonderfully and sound even better to bypasser and potential buyer and buyers of the car. Yau can only drive well if all the car indicator are not lighted. Any major parts require Danny to invest further into the car to ensure it continue purring and sound like what a premium car should and driven even better around corners and top speed on straight road. So Grandma see reason from early sell and now buy. For those with loaded bags can also have a look at the property they are currently pushing very hard. (Pool villa and golf villa) The ones on condos are taken up pretty well.

Young man, grandmas advice is to look at the energy of the company. Since you profit growth and etc, grandma also like to remind on gearing.
Grandma looking at this because the energy I. Tropicana has been renewed with Dato Yau joining the team as MD. The old company has become just a name in the business and they did a great job with changing the name. But changing name has only renewed as much as the name change does. The action and direction came with selling of land and reduce the gearing and buying bigger development land at 25psf in Canal. You can add the GDV to 70 billion now with Canal. So now with all the noted action taken, only have to make sure each development is achieve. Also the gearing reduce from 0.8 to 0.7 and should hit 0.65 soon. This are real and all eyes are on Dato Yau who is the expert fr Sunway in reducing gearing and improving revenue.

Pls don't change where we are headed........private placement is to ensure the gearing target (to reduce) Is not touch while new partners are added to add value. This value is to support the share price while buy back and other initiatives are still on going.
Grandma support this idea what they are doing is , using a raise money to do business much like a extending a stake to a partner instead of taking a loan.
For those who don't understand, take another real example of Astro listing which did not have any major institution supporting its bookbuilding exercise, look at the share performance in the initial stage for sometime.
So in a way, this is very much like getting interest of investors to support your price while u are also implementing initiatives.

No difference young man. If I give you a dollar, you have a few options
1. Claim as revenue and your debts are unchanged
2. 50/50 50% plough in for development and balance to reduce gearing
3. Put all into reducing debt but have no money for moving forward
4. Take a loan for development while money is kep to show high top line and increase ou debt
5. Continue to improve topline, reduce gearing , no loans, create value synergy through private placement to share risk. Risk here is just about any companies would have. At a pace set like this one, the idea is very good.

Choosing no 5 makes all sense

Grandma thinks the price should have settled since Jul 24 and earlier announcement at 1.77. Technically Grandma believe they should announce the Private Placement before results. The last they did took approx 7 days after May 28 calculation of PP price. While the justification of PP was to acquire land, Grandma think it will be use for the lowering of gearing numbers for the coming financial report.
As they would already hve close the books for last quarter report if Grandmas story is right, the first PP will be use to lower Gearing and the second PP for the actual activity.

Coming back to property angle........if property developers are paying a price for a glut due to oversupply and govt control then the banks will also pay a price for the glut.....
If the bank pays a price for the glut, less new NPL (which will be good) however, the holes from old NPL will also not be covered as no new profit from the property sector......and if such is the case, they have to look outside again on investment ........question is, is Indonesia investment safe for the the two top malaysian banks? Is the investment safe in Thailand which has gone one step further into turmoil?? And both compounded by global highs and lows of market and tapering fears.....

We have taken one step back looking at possibility and if we take one step forward on the OPR alredi announce, and increase of blr and new replacement for BLR,......can the govt and banks really afford for a property crash??

Take another fact on property whereby HDB flat price in Singapore has drop for the first time since 2005......Singapore like penang island ( not inclusive of mainland) applied very stringent control on the property resulting in the drop which in my opinion is positive.......however like Singapore, penang island and malaysia as a whole do not have this real stringent control yet.....the property in Penang island will certainly overflow to Seberang Prai and Batu Kawan area......question u shud ask urself is, does Singapore have a overflow mechanism??
