Harbour isn't very appealing in terms of PE & NTA. However, it's very cheap indeed in terms of enterprise value & DCF. It doesn't move as fast as other hot cake. What's matter is how far it can go.

For small cap unestablished co. we have to be very careful to QTQ result. It may be unsustainable. For CMSB, we dun have to be too worry for occasional drop in profit. As we know it has the economic moat.

Hi, all sifus. If we look at CI weekly chart we can see tat CI has been above 200EMA since 13July2009. The two deep corrections on 26Sept2011 & 15Dec2014 touched the 200EMA but were well supported. On 3Aug2015, recently, it has broken the 200EMA. Can I assume that CI is officially in bear market since 3Aug2015? Can I assume the 200EMA as the next resistance, which is bellow 1700?

Sir. I think every stock has an operator. A value trap stock is a stock that fails to attract any operator attention. Some of the reasons are no theme, no good business model, no expansion plan, management too shy from media ect. The operator simply can't find any reason to attract players. How can the operator play by himself?

Hi, cap TM. The globe is getting smaller with high speed digital technology. Personally I think the banks owners are quite worry that their banks will be eaten by international sharks. so they will defend their share prices. The other good large cap companies will do the same, I guess. Since the banking + Tenaga alone can determine the fate of KLCI, I think KLCI won't be hurt to badly. What's your views?

Hi, all cc members. Have been quite busy lately so do not have chance to say hi to u all. How r u connie, duit, tsy & others? Just came back from Philipine 70.3 early this month. Now busy with a few local cycling events and the major one is Century Race on 19thNov.

I think ppl like me who can't monitor the screen full time should divert our investment to established companies with the capability of share buy back. The funds who have invested in these companies will also average down their cost by buying in dip. I have disposed all high growth & high EY stocks. These stocks are full of retailers who are weak holders and companies do not have share buy back programe. I think in time of volatility we should sacrifice high EY & high growth and go for established companies with healthy balance sheet. I disposed Hevea & switched to CMSM coz EPF is busy accumulating. I only have 3 stocks in my portfolio now: Inari wb, CMSB & Solution. I noticed that EPF is realising some gain in Inari but it's well absorbed by Noges Bank. I've observe Solutn lately and feel that the operator is keeping the price around 0.3x. Hope all sifus here can give some advices. Tq.

Hi, duit. Glad to find u here. I loaded Inari Wb yesterday since downside is very limited. I oso loaded Hevea Wb coz I feel tat it's establishing a base around 0.65. The other stock that I bought is Solutn. So glad tat Solutn is in your list. These stocks r highly liquid & beneficiaries of strong USD. Besides, they have high liquidity. Just in case something bad happen can run fast2.
