I m layman with no access to insider news & not well informed about the corporate world. The only infor I can get is from media which might be spreading rumors or outdated facts for the benefits of certain ppl. Wat else can I do to protect my investment besides relying on low PE & good fundamental? U might call it old fashion but tats all most layman can afford to do.

B will have to fork out a lot of money for capex & rights renewal. In economic sense A is in advantage over B. However, if armortisation & depreciation are included in the formula A will get high multiple (not favorable to investors) but B will get low multiple (favorable to investor).

4. There are two cumputations with different timing and accrued items
---------P/CF ( with todate share price)
---------P/CF (with market cap value)

Aren't they the same?
a.) share price/ CF per share
b.) share price * no. share / CF of company
