MMSV started having good free cash flow (FCF) in year 2013
FCF 2013 = 6.27mil
FCF 2014 = 8.12mil
we perform discount cash flow(DCF)using the average FCF of 7.2mil as base

The high growth of MMSV will revert to mean. To be consrvative we assume the FCF growth rate for the next 5 yrs to be 5%, and 3.5% (similar to inflation rate)thereafter.

MMSV has negligible borrowing. Hence we use cost of equity, 9.5% as the discount rate.

Present value of FCF for equity, FCFE = 132mil
Minus borrowing 61,000
plus exess cash 15.7mil
Present value of FCFE = 148mil
Divide by no. of share 163mil, FCFE per share = 0.91
TP $0.91 by DCF analysis

If Tuesday reopen: T5 is 1.6m, T4 is 905k. T3 is 2.8m. T2 is 7.3m. T1 is 2.2m.
If Wed reopen: T6 is 1.6m, T5 is 905k. T4 is 2.8m. T3 is 7.3m. T2 is 2.2m.
If Thurs reopen: T7 is 1.6m, T6 is 905k. T5 is 2.8m. T4 is 7.3m. T3 is 2.2m.
If Fri reopen: T8 is 1.6m, T7 is 905k. T6 is 2.8m. T5 is 7.3m. T4 is 2.2m.

Duit. I think i'm no longer lost liao. I found the answer. Once stocks are traded in the market it doesn't 100% purely reflects the company. Ppl injected different elements into stocks. Hence, investing 100% base on FA won't work! FA is just 1 of the many elements that influence ppl's percepttion on stocks. Therefore, besides FA, we need to master the other elements as well.
