Looking at my correlation curve, HD is -3.2% deviated/ undervalued by 3.2%. Is mine identical to yours? How come market is so optimistic this time.

HG HK have not much reaction to KLCI upswing. HD HC are the most speculative one. Time like this should load up HD HC. Once HD & HC start moving then load up HG HK. Talk only. Need quite some gut to do it.

Pro to put Wa:
1. KLCI 5days SMA continues its downward direction. I used 5days SMA bcoz normally we keep call & put < 5days.
2. Macd signaling KLCI 5days chart moving into -ve divergence territory.
3. -ve sentiment in USA market as describe by duit. A shooting star oso found in yesterday Dow index chart indicating possible reversal.
Con to put Wa:
1. Breat oil slightly up 1.08%
2. RM continue to strengthen against USD.
Conclusion:
Con is too insignificant in comparison to pro. Stick to the plan profit taking at 22%.

If we stick to the "look for laggers" strategy very often we will end up buying the highest premium counters bcoz the herd will go for lowest premium counters. Lowest premium counters will move 1st & serve as indicator. Again, premium is irrelevant in short term punt. This is a very important point miss out by the herd.

Perhaps the same strategy will work. Looking for laggers in call when index starts turning around.

Wats in your mind, duit. Expecting KLCI to drop 15 more pt then shift to call? KLCI immediate support is 1780, right? I can't understand why good chart reader like Connie doesn't play put & call. Reading KLCI should be easier compare to stock.

Besides, when determining IV & premium days to maturity is an important factor but as I know no equation is formulated for put & call Wa. So the whole thing is about PA (ppl perceptions about the KLCI direction), right?

U plot KLCI closing vs put warrant closing then compare with KLCI day-LOW vs put warrant day-HIGH then u will see somehting that common ppls unable to see............. this is wat I call market psychology with mathematic model............ remember to calculate the Q square value to compare..... simple average more than enough no need to go weightage average

Q1: Why KLCI day low vs put Wa day high? Why not using the mean values? For call Wa, are we supposed to use KLCI day high vs call Wa day low?
Q2: I plotted KLCI day low vs put Wa day high. Then I fit a SMA to them. How many days SMA should I use?
Q3: I calculated R square (I think u meant R square instead of Q square, didn't u?). Wat value of R square indicates my SMA curve is good enough?
Q4. Once I got the acceptable SMA curve, then I can estimate the good entry price of put Wa in relation to KLCI, right?

2. you u start to search thru by binomial/exponent/linear or other to maximize ur profit......... throughout that I spotted very very "sensitive" key point which will help me come out the turning point of each warrant..... ohh no....U will say , duit, dun be rubbish talk....wher got such thingz..................
