Ok got it. Actually the deal benefits all parties. 350m looks cheap but atleast gp still holding 30% of it. Tm will definitely drive up p1 sales.

If tm bought gp shares in p1 for 350m then is game over for gp. Is way below what is expected. Unless tm bcome gp share holder. Or else I dont see how this 350m going to turn around the company that making losses. With 350m yet to deduct the debts,how much gp going to be worth? 40 cents?
