when is the date ? - sorry la, i cannot help on this. i only know the bigger the contract value, to longer it will drag. the smaller the contract value, the earlier it will conclude(checking/screening of contract documentation at multiple levels at MOH before reaching UKAS)

if you wanna have a feel how long it will drag - looks at recent SPSetia land swap deal - it was also under UKAS/MOH. look at the contract value & the date of first announcement till it concluded. that will give you the feels on how long it will conclude according to contract value

i tried some experiment on myself previously.

objectives: try to identify the behaviours of personal using multiple nicks

procedures: created a new forum nick, try to do some virtual postings on i3 forums (didn't post but drafted out postings i wanna to )

observations i made :-

1) noticed that i have tendency go back to the thread i have posted before using my original nick

2) noticed my postings will be consistent with my original nick postings

3) noticed the way of my postings, way of using words / sentences , language command level will be the same. the more i post, the possibility i get exposed become higher ( more sampling data for observation )

4) noticed there is tendency myself to get engage with the member i know previously

conclusions :-

1) multiple nick users will go back to their original topics of interest

2) multiple nick users have tendency to have same opinions of their original nick opinions.

3) multiple nick users post similarly

4) multiple nick users will get engage with the people they have already know

Based on the above results ( might not necessary be correct, because on tested on 1 specimen - myself, results will be more accurate if you can get more specimens tested ),

if you applied the results (assuming it is correct) it to diablo88/ oblivion / mumbo - interest of same to topics matches - tick, postings are positive bias to diablo88 -tick , too little sampling posts for observation - cross , engaging with people they know - tick.

3 ticks & 1 cross doesn't conclude any solid link, it might be a guess only with the possibility :).

if i applied the results to track gumbo/ someone, i'm getting 4 ticks - it will lead to only 1 answer :) , i hope you know who am i guessing
