Empire resort is bleeding cash, people hate to see blood. They do not want to study if Empire is a lelong good deal

US & UK represent about 20% of GenM's EBITA. Once GenM settled those Empire issues, I believe it will grow to 50% within 10 years.

USA population is 10X Malaysia at 350m. It's the world's top capital market... lot of people doing financial laundry there. So, it will greatly benefit GenM...

then compare it with Singapore.

NY revenue = Total China tourist + Total Asian tourist
SG revenue = Total China tourist + Total Singaporean + Malaysian + Indonesian Chinese

SG casino net profit about SGD$1.6 billion per year. (Sands + Genting SG)
So I guess NY has larger potential. Though it will be more divided, as NY gov may issue more license.
