DBE to appoint Dato Doh Jee Ming from Setia Awan Holdings Sdn Bhd to the board in coming days. Setia Awan then will launch a RTO and inject its property business into DBE. The remaining and yet issued RM20mil RCN will be acquired by Setia Awan.

These days..ACP will subscribe only less than 5%..so that it can stay out of radar....no one would know...the selling..
Buying he has no choice but to announce..Selling u need to announce if u own more than 5%....
So smart ACP keeps it below 65 million all the time....
This short term investor only subscribes after it has sold first....He patiently he waits for some NEW players to clear the 3sens.....i would say he has about 30 to 40 million in hand....
Whichever Pince Charming...that comes along..
has to be Super Rich.....coz if u push to 8 to 10sens.....ACP can use its 45 day ( 3 consecutive average price ) to exercise at 2.27sens and sell at 8 to 10sens....almost a billion shares...thereby making a hefty gain..
So this will surely not happen...coz No one is so foolish to give free money like that.....So since company not doing SO WELL...the only other option is to wait it out...till OCT 2018...
Dont buy till then......

Trying it best to restructure..Having failed in the earlier Rights issue Exercise....undersubscribed..
DBE was in need of funds...Sold some assets..Made some adjustments..wrote off 9 sens from its par value..technical adjustments...Losses 30 over million pending...Ding was almost finished...
But the young Ding was not gonna let that wear him down...
Having taken over the company at a very young age...after his father( one of the founders ) passed away...The young Din then made some errors in judgements/decision...
But todays Ding is strong and full of experienced....The business world hasbtjought him much...
But this once use to be a big company..with assets worth more than 100 million....
Got itself listed...and with big plans to divest and expand...but with the demise of the founder..
It was allbthe way down...for 10 years...losing all the way....Share price from above Rm1 down to 3.5sens....
But today..after a massive restructuring plan...shutting down of loss making subsidiaries...selling asdets..adjustments..company was ready to comeback...But it needed MONEY...
To improve its profitability..margin had to be improved...so from selling raw meat...it decided to sell finished product..( fried chicken )..big business in Malaysia...
So chose the Harumi Brand from Taiwan....Google n see....Taiwanese Fried chicken recipes Fast catching up all around the world....So the tie up with Pexden....but Pexden wanted to give expertise only...not funds..NO one wants a losing company...with so much of liabilities...Everyone liked the idea..but No one would help....At that point..Even if the Devil had reached his hands out...DBE would have taken it.....So along came Ah long ACP....with the RCN n exercise to ordinary share idea...
Called the killer promisory note like..with the issuer usually dying to support the price...
Dont issue...share orice dies...Issue also share price dies....
But Ding took the chance...took the unfavourable deal..spent more than a million for the exercise..
U see when u are at low...more people only end up stepping on u...thats life..
Ding took the chance..coz he believed on the idea....Now it has paid off...Company has since brought out its 1st interim profit of 250k....muny thanks to the KFC contract too....U see..thats the lifeline god's hidden hand has extended....
Company turns around...minority shareholders like us....sitting through years and years of mental torture...finally got something to look forward too...Now..more heads are turning around...local investors/koperasi are seeing the viable idea of a fully localized halal Fried Chicken Franchise..
Yes there are many...but not all listed...KFC and QSR were both taken out....from the Bursa some time back...SO soon mayb just mayb..DBE will be called Harumi Bhd...and then the whole country will notice....
Coming back to the unfair RCN ACP deal....these RCN notes were issued in tranches....1 to 5..
I believe the first Taranche up to 1 billion...now almost half done...Share price holding very well...market now aeems to offer more than ACP....so Soon this will be a stock to recognize..
Once a LOSER.....now screaming to become a WINNER......
