Description D.B.E. GURNEY RESOURCES BERHAD (DBE or THE COMPANY)
SUPPLY OF POULTRY PRODUCTS AGREEMENTS WITH KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN (MALAYSIA) SENDIRIAN BERHAD, KFC (PENINSULAR MALAYSIA) SDN BHD AND QSR STORES SDN BHD
The Board of Directors of DBE wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, D.B.E. Poultry Sdn Bhd (“DBE Poultry”) has on 18 November 2015 entered into three (3) Supply of Poultry Products Agreements (“Agreements”) with Kentucky Fried Chicken (Malaysia) Sendirian Berhad (10237-H) (“KFCM”), KFC (Peninsular Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (26388-T) (“KFCPM”) and QSR Stores Sdn Bhd (1098054-H) (“QSR”) (collectively hereinafter referred to as “Retailers”), to supply poultry products to the Retailers.

According to the Agreements, DBE Poultry shall sell and the Retailers shall purchase the quantity which the Retailers order from DBE Poultry from time to time. DBE Poultry shall provide continuous, uninterrupted supply of the poultry products ordered by the Retailers and to deliver the same to the designated KFC outlets in the territories of Perak and Selangor.

The respective parties are aiming to secure a supply and purchase deal together with the intention to increase their business competitiveness collectively.

Please refer to the attachment for further details of the transaction.

This announcement is dated 18 November 2015.

only this time the story line will be modify a bit using 1000 Com tower to be built at Sabah & Sarawak bla-bla-bla.... and add on Sarawak erection in the making as a catalyst ... so

As history or past memory serve me well, and by now the fact that Instacom being pump up / buy up from 0.10 to 0.20 ~ 0.21 (>100%) and hovering at this level either to clear out the contra player and at the sametime collect as many share as possible from weak holder or profit takers, anticipating something big will happen in coming weeks

And my bamboo teropong pre-visions that instacom share price just b4 budget or their AGM this coming 21 Oct 2015, will be push up/mini rally again to the level of 0.25~0.30 pending big announcement in the budget 2015.

Once the News of the Com.Tower get the green light at the budget, helleluyah... all hell break loose and a sharp gap up of instacom share price to 0.40-0.50 (or higher depend how greedy of the gorenger and the biri-biri) where all the innocent lamb will be grill & prepare for a major massacre slowly later in the coming weeks or months...

So from 0.21 to 0.45/0.50 still hv a 100% gain but to take the risk will require a pairs of big Balls..hehehe..

and for your info, i don't own any of the mentions share in hand, just pure pleasure driving an old Tank around talkkok SingSong.
