I think this is quite normal due to price correction as the price has been shooting up continuously in last 10 days. RSI is high and showing overbought signal..... nevertheless value investor may wait for news while short term player may take their gain....

No announcement on date of BI yet......

however don't forget their existing price are trading at P/E81++, this is unreasonable high and contract award is a must to sustain the price now....

if contract can be announced just right after BI, it should be more than 2.50 after BI.. think it possible as the directors are well plan on their pocket since RI, after that BI and contract...all are beneficial to shareholders who are holding tight their existing share...

think buy/sell is solely own decision for all trader/investor. and different ppl got diff risk appetite and certain ppl are in short term and certain ppl are in long term. There is no right or wrong as both crawler and anbz are looking at different angle (in either short term or long term). My personal view is for those short term one price may have correction due to price has been up for several days while for long term investor may see good to keep as still got potential in future...

I would treat it as good news as means the deal is almost there, if not they wont delay the deal and can just wait till the due date and cancel it. Think deeply and positively, the timing is an issue especially raya is coming (many PH) and extension is a best decision on it, somemore extension is just 1 more month (3+2 mths instead of initial 3+1 mth) and consider not drag too long also....

technically, today it show a good sign of 'buy' signal as long positive candle stick with volume...if tmr has another positive candle stick with higher volume, more and more to come...we shall see..

as the date is getting nearer + Raya is around the corner .....i would say the extension is consider a good news meaning the intention of getting through is there and consider is almost firm..

Based on the new date, 3 weeks before EGM to be called means 6th sept is due date for EGM to be called in order for the deal to go through. The extension doesn't mean they will drag to last mins ...it will be anytime from now. I predict it will be right after raya...

while tentatively the price may fluctuate as some of the traders and contra players to take their short term gains...good to hold till the announcement of EGM for value investor, just my view:)

　她根據現有數據預估，雪州水供儲備佔產量比重在2011年為7.5%，去年減至3.5%，今年內料跌至低于1%的“危機水平”。

生水輸送工程明年5月竣工

　“聯邦政府2011年提出增產措施，已處理的水產量預計將在2013年至2015年之間，提高13%或601百萬公升，根據國家水務委員會，這僅足以應付2016年以前的需求。”

　黃秋嫻在報告中指出，雪州水供產量2009年至去年的年复成長率達2.7%，無收益水量成長卻介于32%至33%，迫切需要增產的基建措施。

　彭亨至雪州生水輸送工程已進入最后階段，相信可在明年5月全面竣工，如果第2冷岳河濾水站遲遲不動工，該工程將會成為另一項“白象工程”，淪至無用武之地。

　“倘若預計分兩個階段，在2年至3年內完成的第2冷岳河濾水站可及時開工，即可為雪州增加7338百萬公升或45%水供；現有產量為4477百萬公升，未加2015年額外的601百萬公升。”

　她指出，該項工程首階段總值12億至13億令吉，多個大型業者皆參與競標，相信一旦政府點頭，這些業者將會是最大受惠公司。

　閉市時，主要參與競標可能受惠的建築股表現不一，金務大（GAMUDA，5398，主要板建築）起1仙至4.84令吉、怡保工程（IJM，3336，主要板建築）跌1仙至5.90令吉、WCT工程（WCT，9679，主要板建築）則平盤掛2.45令吉。

更換水管工程
另一成長催劑

除了增產工程，雪州從2008年擱置至今的更換水管工程亦是建築領域另一成長催劑；分析師預計，倘若待更換舊水管長達6000公里，整項工程費用料高達12億令吉。

　黃秋嫻指出，雪州供水水管總長從1998年1萬3471公里延長至去年2萬6425公里，平均年复成長為5%，以此類推共有6000公里水管已超過30年，且需要更換。

　“若更換標準鋼鐵水管每公尺成本為200令吉，全長6000公里即需耗資12億令吉，其中國內僅有的2家鋼鐵水管生產商如勇達集團（ENGTEX，5056，主要板貿易）及JAKS資源（JAKS，4723，主要板建築）將會受惠。”

　她指出，儘管市場上有較便宜的替代品，但國內水管產商受政府合約保護，若發展商需要進口水管，皆需事先徵求貿工部同意，故若更換水管工程獲準開跑，對勇達集團及JAKS資源算是絕對優勢。

ya, seems like the due date of the completion is getting nearer, 3 weeks for egm to be called when considering 3+1 mths, meaning 3 weeks before 26th Aug. So the due date shd be next week...

But considering loan is being approved to KDEB. I am wondering what will be the outcome for this loan if the date is passed yet the EGM is not call?

I believe more to come. Anyway, diff ppl got diff TP. When TP is reached just switch to other counter and dun look backward regardless whether the price is up or down. If down, can always buy back at lower price.
