RM 1 broken, will fly to new heights

Think about it....while GKENT-MRCB lost 50% of the contract value, this loss is not due to reduction in LRT3 specifications (hence sub-con like GBGAQRS will still deliver the FULL specifications as per original contract)....the only losses are borne by GKENT-MRCB as main con....sub-con unaffected

GKENT and MRCB not moving / down today because game is already set - the contract value has reduced by 50% and GKENT-MRCB is main con....might as well bet on sub-con GBGAQRS, IJM, SUNCON etc etc because their contract with Gamuda did not change (in fact, will receive a confidence booster now that it is a confirm go-ahead from government)

Still not too late to get into GBGAQRS, first ceiling is RM 1.10 there is still 10+% upside for a quick trade

Can see from buying and selling queue trend that big player is buying in.....they are pushing up the stock price....very few queue yet very big volume

Cannot break 2.50 until Cabinet confirmation of MRT2 underground contract re-tendering or renegotiation....it will continue to dingdong between 2.30 and 2.45

That's why with the LRT3 confirmation I fully invested in the sub-contractors like GBGAQRS

GKENT-MRCB is now the confirmed main con for LRT 3 but with half the contract value....that's why GKENT and MRCB are dropping....whereas the sub-contractors (not main con) contract value remain....that is why their value maintain / increase with the confirmation of LRT3

That's why I bet on LRT3 not MRT2....GBGAQRS up today, Gamuda down...

MRCB drop because JV contract has been reduced by 50%...meanwhile the sub-contractors margins are preserved (as long as no further reduction in planned works)...that's why SUNCON, WCT, IJM, GBGAQRS are better buys now that LRT3 is confirmed

MRT2 vs LRT3.....MRT2 will still take some time.....GKENT, SUNCON, GBGAQRS are better bets right now
