Liihen pay dividend every quater because of strong earnings. Last quater alone eps is 13.76.

2）利兴的盈利状况

=> 2014年净盈利有望突破2012年的纪录，如果接下来的季度也能保持如Q1的营业额及净盈利表现。

3）利兴的安全空间

a)总资产 / 总债务

b) 流动资产 / 流动债务

=> 给它个八折的话，全年EPS=44 sen. 现在的本益比为5.93
=> 给它个30%折扣的话，全年EPS=38.5 sen. 现在本益比为6.78
=> 给它个40%折扣的话，全年EPS=33 sen. 现在本益比为7.91


5）现金在手

=> 从2011年开始，它已变成了一只超强的印钞机！！赚到的钱大部份都进到口袋里了。。。太强大了！！
=> RM58.83 Mil 相等于每股现金在手高达RM0.98! 可以理解为何利兴可以季季派息。


6）派息率

=> 2009到2012年，公司拿出~33-41%的净利来派给股东. 而2013年,竟破天荒的派发高达50%的净利！！
=> 2014年Q1派股息4 sen, 如果每季度都派4sen, 全年也有16 sen.以现在股价来计算， 周息率高达6.1%!!

7.总结:

1) 利兴拥有强劲的财务状况，高现金，低负债。营业额及净利在增长的势头。从2011年起，它已变成了一只超强的印钞机！！赚到的钱大部份都进到口袋里了。利兴财源滚滚而来，股东每季收股息乐开怀！再看到股价也步步高升，更是利上加利, 兴兴旺旺！

2)美国经济的复苏，对利兴绝对是好消息。因为利兴的家私主要是出口到美国！以Q1 2014年的数据，83%的营业额是来自出口到美国的贡献。美国经济的复苏也势将令美元走强，美元走强对利兴而言也绝对是项好消息。

3）从2013的年报，利兴已开始另一项投资，那就是橡胶栽种计划。这计划肯定会为利兴的未来带来更多的$$..

4) 从2009年起，利兴的资产没再重估过。2013的年报里提到今年应该会有资产重估。这对利兴也是项利好消息。

5) 利兴2014年4月的火灾不足为患，保险赔偿金足以弥补其损失！

6）利兴的总股票发行数量多年来都保持在6千万股，这可能是导致其每日成交量稀疏的主因，也是唯一令人感到不足的。 是时候派红股了吗！发红股除了能增加利兴股票的流通量也势必能增加及反映出其应有的市值！当然，发不发红股也只能看管理层的意愿。身为小股东，我们只能建议加期盼。

very good reasons and i have learned from this post about analysis. But brother, one time posting should have enough, give people some roads. No doubt Candygirls is your target, she/he made noise on Hevea, but he/she was unsuccessful and his/her action was somehow disgusting. Anyhow, continuous criticizing and targeting the person doesn't make us better than him/her. Stock should be fun and happy, just my opinion, no offense. Thank you.
