yard getting empty. no new project after Malikai.. ongoing project seems off target of completion & maybe the existing project will exit their yard with long list of punchlist..

it rebound a bit today.. long term they need to secure more wellheads & jacket project.. much easy to make money..
they still not ready for RSC i think.. lack of expertise.. for its licence to supply crane ? haha.. your best bet..
