Will this counter become another NetX?

I see more punters bought 2.5c, thinking they bought at the same price as the ESOS / placement, but then I give it a second thought. If so many punters manage to buy at 2.5c, who are the sellers?

Will the big shareholders sell to you guys now, then another big round of placement at 1 / 1.5c? Just like what NetX did.
Work out the maths. 1.5c is 66% discount from the current 2.5c.

If you study the latest annual report, nobody was effective controlling the listed company. After the ESOS / placement, the syndicate controls almost 35% again & definitely more if proxies are counted in.

You guys think, monitor & make your guesses.

Avoid NetX, unless you also buy & bet (read the word closely. BET) at 1c. Then you have chance to sell at 1.5c & that is 50% gain! Pretty good but of course it's only if you could sell. hahaha!

There is this guy called calvinxxx. On the 19thMay, he put up a message in this group, saying a director has been disposing Binacom & hence suggested players to switch to the NetX. (If you want to know more, just scroll up till 19thMay 1037pm for his message.

The dude has been promoting NetX strongly even at 2 - 3c. Take note: NetX just announced that >400mil shares were issued at about 1c!!!

I think this Calvin Tan must study his so called "analysis".
Paid up NetX is 4.5b shares. What is "revenue" 3.66mil? This is not even the net profit. Then another question, even if 3.66mil profit, whatis the big deal for a company with 4.5b capital?

If you read the annual report, many fantastic, beautiful hotels are put in the report, but none are the assets of this Impiana Bhd. Conman hotel lah. When mkt cap is 30-40mil, then see how. Now please buy more if RM is worthless papers to you.

Agree with PN17Soon. Tech sector has gone up too much quite high for many counters. You see the prices are still holding simply because operators can't sell. Wait for the Q results & I will congratulate those who are still holding. Congratulate for their courage.

Why wait to collect? No sellers Or too many sellers? This counter has no followers / buyers at all, only the syndicates for the boss. I think 90% of the daily volume are all churned by related parties.

After the share conso & rights issue, the theoretical ex price is just RM0.125. So basically those who bought before exprice & subscribed for the rights, their cost is just RM0.125. Tmr they will have tonnes to sell. Actaully today also can sell already.

The speed that Impiana goes down is out of my expectation. After the conso, I was expecting around 15c price target, but didn't know it could down so fast & sharp.

UWC is a highly cornered counter. I guess is over 90% of the tradings are done by the related parties. Avoid it.

The price is merely 18c now. Rather sharp after the conso. I think already all retailers mati liao. Wait for conso phase, that will take a much longer time. Nonetheless, watch out for the respite from the virus.

Impiana 24c now = 2.5c before share conso. If stock price drops below 20c then all players bought before conso mati kudasai.

Shop lot hotel operator. I have said the valuation is definitely less than 100mil. If mkt cap 50mil, then consider good buy if not, it's just fully valued.
After 10 to 1, theoretical price is about 30c, but I think 10 - 15c is a good buy.
