Everyone is waiting for a counter to be goreng. I think then cannot jalan. Nowadays Syndicates are also cash strapped, duit tak cukup. They goreng, U lari. Syndicates become soh zai ?

The players behind Lonbisc either have no balls or lack of funds to push the counter. The day you see a sudden surge in volume, it could be bye2 day.
Obviously this counter isn't good for a punter. Without punter, LonBisc will remain just as biscuit -- no many are interested.

Talk on IBS has been on for years, more than 10 years in fact. Whether Ajiya can benefit from IBS is still early to talk. Only stock promoter are talking big.

M3 replied UMA with a standard reply. citing nothing is unusual. To me, M3 looks like a margin forced sell or major shareholder cash out. My wild guess is whether that person under Malacca Securities, was made margin call or not. We may know if a change of shareholder's holding is announced. If this is true, M3 has reason to be another potential star performer later this year or next year.

Have been following M3 for years, not a proud record but because I was badly caught. XOX's background is known to many here, the Chai family is good at nothing but goreng stock and burn the followers. I believe it's still at very stage but don't know the timing. I think their entry cost could be around 15-20c. Good to monitor it now, buy at your own risk.

Huh...? I don't know whether the Chinese ppl in China will have a liking for foreign branded tiles. Even if they do, more prestigious brands from Japan / Korea or Europe could be their preference. Products from the SEA are of lower grade & quality to their perception.

Bosses are holding damn a lot, go in now but have to hold on a while, let them goreng. We all tumpang sahaja. The mkt cap is mereby about RM25mil, theoretically if you spend about RM24mil, you can control a PLC which is still OK (much better than Wintoni lah). Mana dapat?!

I bought Chee Wah at much early phase when it was around 50c. Sold all at average price RM1.00, though highest was RM1.90++ but have no regret. Please check the annual report on the shareholder statistics, you will know how cornered & illiquid this stock is. It's hanging around this price & cannot move much unless its coming results are fantastics, which I really doubt. It can show magic only if it changes its business model.

Project ada but boss has no capital to push stock price up aggressively. Slow & steady lor. Sub contracts job here & there cannot make much money, just to keep the company afloat. I think the timber concession makes more easy & steady money. Already 3 months since the sudden announcement on a private placement, still no news... What's the new development?

I think AAX cannot go very far. AAX-WA is fetching a far premium, too wide that it doesn't work well in any recovery stocks. If AAX will continue to perform as the last quarter, what a major shareholder should do is buying up the mother shares, not pushing up the price of the warrant. To me, the current strategy being adopted by the syndicates / major shareholders is to push up warrants, sell warrants & switch to mother shares.

Tan Sri CKC, apa ni Fajar? Another private placement!? Company has no capital or you want to eat more? I am a little pissed off! Placement at 50c again? This is greedy, forbidden by God. God says sharing, never make for own self only.

Kim Hin is affected by one "over blown & yet deal of the century" in its industry. The effect could be very far reaching & men in the industry are anxious to see how bad the effects could be. I don't know what's Chua's next step. Just be cautious.

As mentioned earlier, privatization exercise is basically a daylight robbery game in KLSE. The major shareholders corner & buy up most of the shares, then offer peanuts to the rest to take away the "public company". The offerors play within the rules & regulations, so in many cases we can read the conclusion from the "independent advisor" about a privatization exercise is "not fair but acceptable". (rubbish logic isn't?).
I could not post the rules & regulations here, just too long. Sorry Shaun. You can look up from the SC & KLSE website for the details.
At about 2.15 today, I think it's still command some upside. Just be careful on the pressing down on purpose tactic by the players aka. the shareholders.

Interesting write up from Logic. Just wonder how you could visit the factory, are you related person to Chua? Instead of going up and up, my guess is KImHin will be privatised by Chua.

Chua & the gang owned 61%++. Don't forget the 11% as treasury shares which are of course under the Chua's control. All in all is already 72%. The 80% is my estimation / wild guess sahaja.
Around 1997, Chua kena once fined by SC for insider trading. They are exceptionally careful in the proxy nominations now.
At around 1.24, they of course love to privatise KimHin. You think they didn't want to? They simply couldn't because not collect enough shares. haha!
For a family owned PLC, the controlling shareholders have better control more than 80% before calling for a GO.
KimHin should be an interesting stock to watch out this year.

Very good analysis from Shaun though I don't know whether it's correct. : )
Anyway, there is a point which is always overlook when an analysis is carry out. KimHin's Chua family has accumulated +-80% of the shares, so what do you think they keep buying for few years? Only point to me is they plan to privatize the company. In all past cases, the offers for the privatisations were all at terrible prices. For KimHin, I am thinking a 40% discount to the NTA could be the offer from the offeror.
Let's just see what will happen.

The sellings by so called "foreign funds" for the past 1 - 2 weeks has not caused the RM to slide. RM/USD is holding around 3.56 - 3.60. Where do the monies go to?
A downgrade by Fitch has been on the table at least for the past 6 months. I think the effect has already been reflected.
The bad Q1 results for most companies & the tradition idea of sell in May & go away have more weight in the recent sellings down.
Satu Msia Donkey Bhd is another very important factor.

I believe in a good leader's vision; a leader with strong characteristic & fully committed to his vision. Every industry has its downs & ups, it's a learning curve to some. Apple was once USD10 , Acer Inc was once TWD10... I also know many others have burst, but I will give TF a chance.

I notice that the sector has 2 good performers lately; Cocoaland & the OFI.

Well, it's difficult to find a country to accept them. Gambia is so nice & helpful in accepting them. I think Msia & Indonesia should immediately proceed to process the handover. After all, these are illegal economy refugees, so long a place is willing to accept them, they should find it a paradise. Be fair to everyone, we have helped them in allowing them to land, but we cannot comply to their request on where they want to go.

My target is ~~ RM1.20 in 6 months if market sentiment is able to maintain.
