Re-rating and Re-valuation exercise must be done on Mkland to bring to light its undervalued Assets...Mkland to my guesstimate should at least be trading at 0.38-0.40 at current level in comparison to other land rich developers such as Glomac, E&O and LBS...There is no Gearing carried by Mkland, only you can find it loaded with Building and Land asset...SO the question is, if a Revaluation exercise is carried out on tis massive landbank and investment properties which have a very low entry cost last time , How much do you think Mkland is worth nowaday???
