From my analysis, Mkland will surely give interim 1 sen n Final 1 sen total of 2 sen for full year based on past record...At 0.06, tis indicated a dividend yield of 35% so far the highest among all stocks... Tis is a great wonder...it is indicating tat Mkland is Super Super Undervalued at current level...the Best stock to buy now even better than Public Bank....

It is ridiculously dirt cheap at 0.15...with current mkt capitalisation of 181 mil, even its 55 acres of landbank in Setiawangsa KL is more than the current mkt capitalisation... Future Land Disposal is the only catalyst to unlock mkland massive intrinsic values...its RNAV has potential to reach above 2.50 per share if all of its landbank totally revalued...Super Undervalued at current value...BUY!!!!!

I just have no idea what u guys are still waiting for, even with the property upgrade by TA securities n Kenanga, there isn't any spark of interest to load up property stocks...the falling knife is over and Mkland at 0.165 is already Rock bottom...Soon property sector will be on the radar screen of most mkt analysts and the hibernating counter like Mkland will come back strong n active again...Lets accumulate before you bang head due to missed buying oppurtunity...

Well every executive n Ceo has their own ways of executing plans n projects...Ceo mohanachandran has stated that Mkland has drafted a 5 year n new master plan for Damansara Perdana to be further developed...and tis include Bandar Teknopolis, Bukit Merah Laketown...If they are not ambitious, they won't have been doing so much to revamp their property projects...I have met Felina before and she is not what you said being described...She is humble and definitely not Ego at all...Anyways who cares!!! Just as long as the share price is battered n defeated n steeply undervalued all the bad news is discounted in the Share price and there is so much room for upside when property market turnaround...

So the question everyone is asking is are they gonna maintain 2 sen first n Final dividend for financial year 2019 or reduce to 1.5 sen since net profit is reduced compared to last year...Coming years Malton Net gearing will be reducing close to Zero after its disposal of 0.49 stake in Pavillion 2 Bukit Jalil...Improved balance sheet coupled with increased net profit n good prospect of the success of Pavillion Brand should put Malton on the radar screen next year...

All of us might be skeptical but my research has revealed that Mkland is probably the one and only property stock in Bursa tat is trading at a Sky wide gap to its RNAV tat is worth at least 3.00 after revaluation...0.18 to its RNAV of at least 3.00 per share is indeed huge tremendous value gap...tis is due to its super low acquisition cost of its massive landbank many years ago...Profit wise Mkland isn't attractive yet, but in terms of Asset Play it is definitely a top pick in property sector in Bursa...

2019 yearly financial result is weaker than expected as several previous launched affordable housing projects fm Rumah Selangorku, Klebang Putra n Meru Perdana have yet to be fully reflected in current financial result...Moving forward to next year we have reasons to be optimistic of Mkland to redevelop Bukit Merah Lake Town n Bandar Teknopolis which is massive...They have yet to finalise on its final master plan but one thing for sure is that Mkland is positioning to develop Perak state to provide more affordable housing...Mkland is still sitting on 4000 acres of undeveloped landbank in Perak and more affordable home will be launched soon in Perak state...at current price of 0.18 it is trading at a massive discount to its future intrinsic value n its Revised Net Tangible Asset Value which I believe should be around 3.00-3.50 per share after its land revaluation...
