The management has been very rude to a shareholders questions. Just reflects on the BOD. Shareholders are supposed to clear doubts as they have invested in the Co. How else will we make informed decisions of a Co. Maybe Bursa should look into this.

Split ex should be completed by 2nd Q as stated in Q1 notes. My take by end of June 21

OTB I agree wholeheartedly with yr statement about 'Management'. Look at the management of MFCB. Miles apart. The management drives the co. forward.

No point in talking about history and past prices. The 'What If' story. Lets look ahead and the PPs are up and running. So there is income generated. Look to the future and make decisions.

Look at Panamy. Has only 60m shares. Price has been 30rm for the past one year. EPS about rm2.00. Div around rm 2.00. Share price no appreciation at all. Paid up small 60M and refuse to declare bonus so is illiquid. Those who have held on to this share have hardly seen price appreciation. Price too high for retail participation. As such MFCB should do a split of 1 into 2 or bonus 1 for 1.

When will the Warrants be listed. Anyone knows?

My only regret was I sighted this gem beginning of this year (2020) @ 5.50. started buying mfcb then and added on everytime it fell back to just below 7rm. No regrets, I feel the div will rise as profits improve and loans are repaid.
