红筹股：中国微小型公司（几千万到几亿市值）
上市得到了几亿现金就是能继续运作两到三年，钱用了营运公司上不了正轨。麻烦大了!
不够钱运作就发行附加股，继续运作需要算亿，公司才几千万到几亿市值，集资顶多也集到（多几千万）买红筹股的附加股的人脑袋肯定进水！
摆明不够钱继续运作。（摆明知道不能保住上市地位了）你说呢！老板走疯了！趁有限时间掏空公司，当然是做印度账把集资几千万进（老？口袋)，再调账让基本面美一些，大股东最后一道路，拿自己股票换最后一笔钞票，就会从高价在公开市场一路卖，有人买大股东就一路卖！一般上不到5年就除牌！还没除牌，老板就成立新公司把货运去新公司，在中国那么远神不知鬼不觉没人知道！一旦除牌了就不复牌了!

我讲的：（红筹股）不能投资！
红筹股风险高过ACE股10倍。

10年后新兴行技术不能上正轨，多元化业务也不能上正轨，老板也累了一般都退休把股权卖给其他老板继续做。
