If you people are keen, can take a look at TAS. Just started a bullish move.

I doubt you will see a repeat of the price drop pattern after the suspension. Before suspension, the volume traded was building up and was high. Naturally a lot of profit taking thereafter. This time round, the volume traded were much lower and at healthier levels and the price movement is steadier.

But once the price movement shoots up and volume picks up tremendously, we can expect short term traders to re-enter for quick profits. For medium term investors, this is a good counter to be in. Lots of growth potentials. Would be interested to see their first year annual report.

connie, usually when hubby plays, wife also play. My wife doesn't play. With single handicap, your hubby can play with Tiger Woods! But playing in the share market is more rewarding.

Sephiroth, good for you. 1.90 is a very good price to buy in. Congrats. My entry price is higher at 2.05.

Matrix, you might want to take a look at Huayang. 3 consecutive dojis on 30,31/12/2013 and 2/1/2014 followed by a bullish candle. Gap up today and currently trading at 2.06. Sellers exhausted and looks bullish. MACD bullish crossover on 2/1/2014. Immediate support at 1.88 while immediate resistance is 2.20 to 2.24 and then 2.34.

EPS is 36.58sen, about 5.63 times while Net Asset per share is 1.69.

I doubt it will retrace to rm4.

More like consolidation mode. If it continues to hold above 1.50 next week then it is a good time to consider accumulating more and it is poised for another run.

Connie, I used to trade Fitters. Good counter to trade because its price trends in a channel and price movement was predictable. Sell when it hits the upper band (around 76 to 80 sen and sometimes can go up to 85 and 90 sen) and buy in at the lower band (around 68 to 71 sen). But sometimes can be stuck at one level for a long time. Of course, now that it is identified by Star as one of the stocks to watch, its movement might differ. Good luck to you if you intend to trade this counter. Fundamentally a good company too and they are venturing into properties.

There may have been some panic sell by retailers seeing the price drop. I have been trading this counter from the days it went to 4.70 down to 3.30 and then back up to 4.90. The company is in an even better position now with all its new contract coming on board.

Matrix, good to have you back. TAS seems to be losing momentum and moving side way. Looks to me to be trading with a Price/RSI divergence also. Based on a conservative estimation, its current intrinsic value is 1.78 giving a trading margin of safety of about 36%.

In the meantime. I think it will be very range bound unless a very bullish market sentiment turns up after the New Year.

otb, to err is human. To admit oneself mistake is magnamanous. So, I don't think you shld be too hard on yrself. All of us know that if we can have a hit rate of at least 65%, it is considered very good. I believe yr hit rate is high. In any case, you always qualify yrself in yr recommendations that investors shld evaluate the shares themselves. Pls don' be too harsh on yrself.

Moon Ng, just to let you know that i have cleared all my Barakah at 1.54 as I don't see the price moving up to the next level so soon and it is losing momentum. May re-enter later if the technical indicators suggest an upward trend reversal.
