Dow Futures is doing 90 plus in green. Earnings report in progress. Big companies releasing their earnings. So far good. There seems to be no signs of bloodbath yet. Thursday may be another normal day, would be extraordinary if US- China deal is signed. Good vibes now.

The issue of T2/T3 is only starting today. What about the months that have passed with low performance to the extend it is framed as world worst performing market.

One cannot blame any counter for not inching up. It is all the market sentiment that decides the trend. Today if you see the regional markets, every where is green.
News about project revival will not help market but tends to speculation. Even the bosses will hesitate to buy in this type of poor sentiment.
Take for example China. When the market has fallen or weak for a period of time, Govt decides to pump liquidity and thus revives. Here liquidity is taken out by big players to safeguard themselves by the small margin that they can gain. So whose baby is it now to revive the market? Just by giving out news after news will not be benefitted. We need hard cash to be pumped in and as a results other parties’s liquidity automatically will prime in.

Warrant holders be careful. Expiry date is near. All they want to dump has been done at 13 cts, 14 cts.
Take precaution.

Recognia has detected a "Double Bottom" chart pattern formed on WCT Holdings Bhd (9679:MYX). This bullish signal indicates that the stock price may rise from the close of 1.120 to the range of 1.500 - 1.580. The pattern formed over 249 days which is roughly the period of time in which the target price range may be achieved, according to standard principles of technical analysis.

Tells Me: The price seems to have reached a bottom after failing to break through a support level and ultimately rising higher in a sign of reversal to a new uptrend. The Double Bottom pattern forms during a downtrend as the price reaches two distinct lows at roughly the same price level. Volume reflects a weakening of the downward pressure, tending to diminish as the pattern forms, with some pickup at each low, less on the second low. Finally the price breaks upward above the highest high to confirm the bullish signal.

Probably if Iwcity or Ekovest limits up, Econbhd can move accordingly. Preferable Iwcity must limit up.

Some guys here are very short sighted and may not have constructional knowledge. It is a massive project of RM 144 billion. It cannot be done by just one party to meet the time frame. Construction does not work that way. So what the Govt or developer will do is to Parcel it so that all work will go simultaneously so as to meet the Deadline. IWH- CRÈC or indirectly IWC/ Ekovest plus Malaysian Govt may be PDP, but the actual construction in terms of parcels say Parcel 1, Parcel 2,.....Parcel 40 etc etc will be done by different public listed construction companies. When I say public list I mean financial sustainability and reputation.
So don’t be like a apek alone in a work shop.
Works to be done by various groups of different activities so that the deadline can be met, not to drag the project for many years due to limited sources, finances etc etc.
Try to understand. Nobody want to buy your share or steal your hapiness off limit ups and sadness of limit downs.
Bandar Malaysia will only be successful completed in the above method.

As I said earlier, this pie will be shared by other construction companies too. It is not all to IWC/ IWH/ Ekovest. Every construction company who are fit gets a piece of the pie.
