i hold this stock for more than 3 years already.
last time everyone say their mgmt is bad...but i still collect around 1.5-2 region..
now price already 200-300%, hahaha.
dividend wise, every year they are giving high dividend...
last time got 6%++, but now since share price already risen so much, div become 3-4% region...but still ok, company still growing, consider good stock...
I wish I could found another such good undervalue company again..
for current price, i can say that it is same value with company profit already...

felda or local fund are holding few % of stock which is few million share at least...they already sell since 2.0 region until now...they couldn't sell all at rm2 la..where got so many buy at rm2..if 1 day they throw all, sure limit down, then they might not able to sell even half..
their selling strategy is slow slow sell, make sure can sell..then average the selling price maybe around 1.3-1.4 still making good profit, who knows...even lost also not their money, they will care so much..?they are managing investor money, not their pocket money, so they wouldn't think twice, they are follow command.

last time Singapore restrict/ban some farm egg from entering singapore. but last week news, singapore already confirmed their egg are ok, all open back...hence supply to singapore has been increasing 30%...

if you do some research, you will know that egg price has dropped significantly, and corn price has increased back...both of these factor affect/impact significantly to their egg profit...some more they are increasing the production of egg, and sg open the restriction rule causing supply>demand...

all these might caused their profit dropped gao gao, and maybe they are starting making loss for every egg selling...that might be the explanation of recent price big dropped..

local fund manager know all of these analysis, they are doing forecasting of the price also, so if they see something, surely they will exit this investment, and earn less better than earn nth..

for teoseng family, they are long term in this business, they wouldn't care much of share price as current share price is still triple of last year price...their company value has increased so much..why they want to come out manipulate the price which might caused court trouble to them?

no..local fund is selling also..20% consider a lot of already..even you 1 day throw 0.5% also can drop 10 cents already, because no body want to buy the 0.5% stock that you are selling....
the price will only be stable back when they local fund stop selling or some other new fund/big investor/family felt the price is cheap and want to collect.

owner doesn't come out to support share as they already hold more than 50% and have full control of company, they will just focus on management and business running of the company, share price is just an indicator, as long their company still there, they no need care of it.

research house TP is just a assumption..if every TP can be meet, no body need to work already..everyone follow TP can be rich ...
research house is those bank bank which owned alot of fund in the stock also, they might give good TP, else where got retailer willing to enter this stock to allow them to sell this stock at higher price.?

tony wont care la...tony managed the company..share price is just an indicator, he controlled whole company...he care the company cash level only...

foreign fund/local fund or whatever fund sure willing to cut lost..
they have their own strategy, some more the money they managed is not their own money..they are just follow the command of boss..boss said cut lost and we can earn later, then they will cut lost lor..

some more they have to sell if too many fund investor cash out from fund, they need cash to pay back to investor..

teoseng this stock is not allowed for short selling.
so the sell down is the real sell down not just temporarily sell buy sell buy, it is meaning of exit of fund by local fund, they are exiting the investment in teoseng.
few reason can be:
1) market sentimental are low, retailer quit fund, they are forced to took profit in teoseng regardless of price. Not fund manager money, they will just slowly sell until able to repay all the retailer money.
2) they are assuming teoseng coming quarter report will be out of expectation/bad due to egg price decrease/cost price increase/supply>demand.

tmr should be another tiu nia seng days lor...

small investor confident, you thought management will care?
they are doing long term business...even share price dropped to 50 cents they also wouldnt scare...they still take director fees...company still running, just need time for better quarter result..

if you are confident to management power, dont look at price, just ask yourself, you want to invest how much to do business with them? do the business, dont look the share price..share price is just indicator, if you think it worth rm10, it worth rm10 if ppl willing to buy rm10 from you.

this counter too hot already, when a counter is too hold, many sharks like to let retailer die first...

1.33 is like rm2 before bonus issue. their avg price before bonus issue should be less than rm1...they are still earning 100%, sure throw to take profit...they are selling slowly day by day due to huge volume, they cannot sell all together at highest price..

so it meant this stock still rise alot from 0.6x ...
people who hold for more than 1 year still earning 200-300%...fund manager still got handsome profit 100% around consider their avg price around rm1 before bonus issue...

yea, fund manager and retailer still earning if they bought it more than 6 months..so still reasonable for them to take profit...
the price will continue slide down, unless got big player/director come support price..
just wait and see, maybe the price will stop slide down around rm1

so if you can hold, just dont scare...
when market bull is back, retailer pump back money into local fund, local fund might enter back this counter if and only if the quarter report meet their expectation =X

please look at the historical chart..for last 1 year, how many this stock has rise? if you bought it last year, you are still earning money.. the rise of price since last year is due to local fund buying..
now market is bad, many retailers are cashing out from fund, so fund managers have to sell out their holdings to return back money lor..
just like profit taking for them lor...so is normal behaviour..if you are fund manager, you are forced to sell out some stock to get back money, surely you will choose teoseng as you still earning handsome profit here ..

sell or hold or buy...just decide yourself...:-)
