Someone is pushing mother and buying C11 at the same time. The profit from C11 is much more than the mother but it is worth the push. Currently warrants are in play just like POS. Lets see how high can they push the mother. Monitor the mother stock closely as it will impact the warrants to go up. The stock is in oversold territory. Yes...from a high of $4.50 to 77 sen...imagine the blood being drained. A rebound is long overdue as a lot of punters are playing back the big stock to pull up the warrants.

Warrants with short expiry will be more volatile...don't get caught holding the warrants when the music stops. Be very careful buying warrants expiry just 1 or 2 months. The warrants holders all waiting to sell...or dump it to you. Later they push the mother stock down. They profit via selling those warrants which will then expire causing them to be worthless. Many warrants expired causing the holders to lose everything including underwear. Just be careful. Put a stop loss every time.

If you look at the chart on Jul 28 Thheavy reached the peak at 24 sen and came down to 19 sen before rebounding up. That is where the support is. AT 19 sen. That is why I advised everybody 19 sen is the support. On 29th of Jul it did came down and still rebounded at 19 sen. So it is very important to sell if it break 19 sen support. That was my advice. I told to sell at 19 sen break. See? The next support is 15.5 sen which was on Jul 26. Yesterday it did hit 15.5 sen before rebounding to 16 sen.

Now it is very important that the 15.5 sen support stand. If it breaks, today it can drift to 12.5 sen. If support 15.5 sen is good, then the resistant is at 19 sen which is the support turned resistant. Always be alert as ups and downs depends on the market sentiment.

The status of the stocks moves up and down very rapidly. And the market conditions changes as environment changes. Court cases, politics, world markets all affect the prices. So be up to date with online info. Don't be static. If you don't monitor the stocks after buying them and expect them to continuously moving up...that is a big mistake. What I said previously can be obsolete when market condition changes. Always be up to date with the info and continuously change strategy when you get newer news.

Sell first. Be safe. Wait for the court case to settle. Many still selling before the court case. Winding up petition is serious. Don't play play. Last time it did drop to 6 sen because of the winding up case. History repeats.

Why the premium you asked...to answer you...look at the expiry date and the mother stock price. People are willing to pay the premium in anticipation of a rise of price of mother to a higher price than $2.20 by the April 2017. Meaning if mother is $3.00...and the strike price is $2.20, as at April 2017, then your warants is worth 80 sen instead of the current 14 sen now...understand?
