Uzma is heavily involved in high tech oil well service sector and had been performing well . Buy Liao....before it recover to 3 plus. Crude may recover any time soon. Invest in the ctr. As for icon, wait till you are certain. Wise man stay, only fool rush in.

Azmin calls on Ongkili to fix date for meeting

SHAH ALAM: With the deadline set to expire tomorrow, Selangor has urged the Federal Government to fix a date as soon as possible to meet and discuss matters over the restructuring of the water industry.

“I hope that the (Energy, Green Technology and Water) minister (Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili) can fix the date immediately for me to have a discussion with him and find a solution that is amicable to both parties,” said Mentri Besar Azmin Ali.

The water deal between the federal and state governments had come to a stalemate over landownership rights involving the Bukit Nanas and Semenyih treatment plants.

The deadline for both parties to renegotiate and seal the Master Agreement, signed in September last year, ends tomorrow.

On Friday, Ongkili had said that the Federal Government might invoke Section 114 of the Water Services Industry Act (WSIA) to take over the two plants, adding that it was left with no choice.

He also said that it had yet to receive several permits and land for the Langat 2 water transfer project.

The Federal Government, he said, should also submit its application for the Langat 2 in accordance with conditions and terms set by the local authorities.

Icon made RM 59 million net profit in 2014. So if spend RM6-RM10 million to buy back share when share price is low like now should not be a problem. Tabung Haji as last major buyer will agree on share buy back in coming AGM(27/5).

In the past discount too high is a problem. Going forward if discount narrow conversion will reduce.

EPF & Wellington must be stupid to buy AA if problems at AAX affect AA.
