Don't worry about the toll but BM, BM fail IWH will drag ekovest to the bottom of the Ocean. As far as I concern, PH gov doesnt seem like supporting BM by delaying 2 MRT2 stations at BM, and also there may not have station at all at BM.

not just property, construction also dead bcoz most construction co depnds on gov project, PH talk a lot about many potential mega projects but at this stage, they remain 'potential'.

The finance minister still keep harping on 1 trillion debts, these mega projects most likely will not kick off.

If u really want construction stock, go to kkb, naim, only those from sarawak will perform as there r real construction projects at sarawak going to kick off

Alan Lobster, my technology stock all time high, so stop blaming klci index, the problem is u choose the stock from wrong sector, even some construction stocks doing very well like Naim, KKB, GDB etc.

my advice for Ekovest / IWC
1. Don't invest in overvalued stock, especially then the current PE almost one of the highest in the industry, big cap Construction should be 10 PE while small one 8 PE, eko ... ??

2. Don't invest in fishy Owner, A good company is a bad investment if under management with no credibility who always take advantage on minority shareholder to benefit himself/his crony. E.g, Keep on issuing new share to his other company to gain more control of the co, benefit himself but ... the massive dilution, is a killing for minority shareholders.

3. Don't invest if the future of the company is highly uncertain, Durian investment ?... buy land from IWH at at Johor with super inflated price RM265psf when johor property glut is one of the highest in the country.

4. Dont invest when the sector of the company has no bright future, many construction co r not competing for few construction projects ever since gov changed, PH policy will kill this industry, profit margin squeeze to dry, many will be losing money even if they get the job.

5. Be alert when the stock is highly manipulated by operator especially the operator liaise with owner, this can easily kill all the ikan bilish, become friend crunchy ikan bilis.
