Malaysia economy wont improve mainly because of the incompetent, inconsistent, incapable, U turn government. Foreign fund dislike uncertainty which PH gov always create every now and then, don't be surprise if gov eventually cancel the MRT 2 station at Bandar Malaysia, and probably no HSR n MRT 3, this BM project will definitely fail.

Suppose to be a transportation hub that host the stations for HSR, MRT 2, MRT 3 etc, now become MAY or MAY NOT have those stations, buyer will also hold their purchase until the plan is CLEAR :D Buyer hold the purchase, how IWH-CREC going to get money to pay the land purchase within 3yrs ?

PH gov wanna kick off the project yet giving so many uncertainty, I foresee BM will fail terribly not only impact to the ekovest but eventually to entire malaysia. PH Boleh !
