still rmember the land deal announced on friday, next monday it sink few c ? This is oredi a sign telling you that investor not happy with this day light robbery deal. If u insist want to hold, make sure u attend the EGM n block this blood sucking deal.

The best scenario is Cancel land deal but yet getting Bandar Malaysia construction contract, that is the only hope that can make Ekovest share go higher, else i afraid it will drop to even 30c-40c due to the massive dilution.

Its earning even include BM will definitely not able to offset the price drop due to massive dilution due to
1. Ekovest order book only left 2bil+, and construction work normally low profit margin
2. Once Duke 3 start operation, contribution from construction will drop significantly, while the Bond interest will start to kick in, even now the financing cost of Ekovest is oredi sky rocket every quarter due to completion of Duke 1 n Duke 2 (Once Duke 1 n Duke 2 completed, Eko has to start paying Bond interest), so same thing will apply to Duke 3
3. Bandar Malaysia wont kick off so soon, even if kick off next year, the earning will come in very slowly becoz it will be initial stage.

So next year will see Ekovest earning nose dive like crazy, insider/investor oredi see this coming and thats why they selling everything they can right after the signing ceremony, sorry to say that RM0.95 is the historical high from now onwards, and this history will never come back anymore.

It will continue to drop further and further, any rebound is a chance to run for your life, investor will be selling like mad before the EGM as the land deal is a BIG BAD NEWS for ekovest, IWH is selling the land at RM265 psf, part of the land is agriculture land where u can find ppl selling it at RM15 psf at iproperty !!! Botak is robbing Ekovest, to him it has no different but to Ekovest shareholder, it is a day light robbery by the own boss.

The cost of the land for Land 1 was only RM28,455,000 on 2007 but now selling to Eko at 869mil ??? while Land2 cost was RM7,144,459 on 2008 but now selling to Eko at RM180mil ??? WTF. Both land price is now 25-30 folds higher than original cost ... C how this fox playing fool on Ekovest shareholder at his advantage ?

Massive dilution is unavoidable, and the most worrying part is Botak keep taking advantage on Ekovest by continue issuing RI or Private Placement, and probably only get a small portion of the Bandar Malaysia construction work.

SO SELL ASAP B4 ALL UR HARD EARN MONEY FLUSH INTO TOILET BOWL.

I expect more corporate exercise will be coming mainly to raise fund for the BM development, be expecting Botak going to use Ekovest as ATM to raise fund, huge dilution is coming, Ekovest will drop like no tomorrow when that happen.

Why huge dilution ?? IWH will treat Ekovest as dumping ground, throw all those poor asset to Ekvoest as super high premium, and Ekovest will issue new share again and again, probably Right issue on the way as well, those using margin acc holding ekovest, u better be extra careful.

@Tecstock, Botak got credibility? If so why selling johor land at so much higher price to Ekovest ? other co buy land nearby at so damn dirt cheap price, what say u ? Same goes to the acquisition of PLS shares at expensive price, and inject so much money into PLS, Botak is using Ekovest as ATM of his other company.

FYI, next QR result will be weak, probably 10-20 mil + only unless got 1 off gain like last QR. One of the biggest contribution is construction however it has been raining frequently n it will definitely impact the work progress of DUKE 3 , River of life etc. Strong sell b4 too late

How IWH-CREC going to pay 7billion to gov in 3 yrs ??? Where the money come from ? IWH still a losing money company, IWH needs to fork out 7billion * 60% = RM4.2bill for the purchase of BM land from gov while CREC need to for out 7billion * 40$ = RM2.8bil (insignificant amount for CREC).

IWH needs capital to run the project and another 4bil to pay gov in 3yrs time, how IWH going to raise so much fund ? Probably at the expenses of Ekovest by selling asset at super premium price to Ekovest, that explain insider keep selling Ekovest after the signing ceremony.
