monreyes, dont forget Ekovest has issued additional share after 2017, and the potential of massive dilution result from the 860mil share issue to find the land acquisition from IWH.

RM140B is GDV, dont forget malaysia property market is doing badly, office space in KL is oversupply, who on earth will buy BM property ? And this project probably take > 10yrs and Ekovest may only get a small portion of the project but paying huge price take for the land acquisition deal.

The only thing u can do now is to vote against the land deal in coming EGM to prevent the owner from taking advantage on minor shareholder.

share issue will be increased by 860mil which will cause massive dilution, this has been announced by Ekovest at Bursa Malaysia, go find it yourself. All these are facts not like Bursalord888 telling lies to cheat ppl into buying it and end up suffer huge paper loss.

Plantermen, that will never happen again, it went up to 0.95 becoz buy on rumour, n now sell down becoz sell on rumour.

Now no more rumour so it will go back to 0.95 anymore, but it may sink to 0.6x, then eventually 0.5x, due to the massive share dilution.

1. Share base increased by additional 860mil units = 33% increased.
2. Qr earning will keep on dropping due to duke 3 construction is near ending, and eko has not been getting any project at all for so long.
3. Financing cost to balloon further right after duke 3 start operation, may even cause ekovest earning to turn -ve! Right now eko is paying close to 30mil financing cost mostly from the bond issued to finance duke 1 n duke 2 construction, bond interest for Duke 3 will come in once duke 3 start operation, expecting eko pay 40mil+ financing cost , can easily offset the profit from construction !
4. When share base increase 33% and earning result keep dropping, the PE will sky rocket an causing it one of the highest PE in the industry, that's why insider is busy throwing it b4 this happen.
