China blue sky policy take full effect from April 18 onwards only which is reflected in the ever increasing price of finished good. The future still hold brigh for Muda , just wait for qtr 2 and qtr 3 result.

Their report says competition from imported paper, doesnt make sense at all since China are the main supplier and they themselves are short of supply of paper & packaging. Management hiding profit for sure for cheap accumulation.

the increased in finished product price and collapsed of waste paper price are mostly after 1st April which is not included in 1st qtr report, Muda will report exceptional performance from qtr 2 onwards, nevertherless qtr 1 will also report good result since they are selling it at RM2300 per tonne and waste paper also drop in price but not much.

4th quarter of 2017, Muda increased their selling price by 40% to RM2300, so before increase is 2300/1.4=RM1645, latest price based on China price about RM2937

from the above article global-times,cn the selling price for carton latest is 4711 yuan per ton, that equivalent to RM2937, last year before price increase Muda was selling it at RM2300/1.4=RM1645 There is a RM2937/1645=78.5% increase in selling price while cost for waste paper has reduced (minimum 20%). Muda will be making so much profit from now onwards, TP RM8. Don’t let it go guys

Muda main cost for the 2 plant is waste paper which has drop while selling price is rising everyday, so there is huge margin expansion... RM8 is not impossible, me made big with Hengyuan in 2017 hoping the same with Muda in 2018.

in May alone, price of finished product increased by 30%, target price RM8 in 6 months
