22.5% is margin improvement on top of existing margin resulting from drop of waste paper price , the main raw material.

With increase volume, capacity expansion and higher selling price, look like can achive rm5 to rm6.

If you look at the above link, average waste paper cost is 2250 and selling price is 5000, means that waste paper cost constitute 45% of total cost, and the other link says waste paper prices drop by over 50% outside china, This means there is a 22.5% net profit margin improvement. This is so good grab it guys before too late.

Raw material prices/waste paper increasing in China because of the import ban while in Malaysia the prices of raw material/waste paper is decreasing, must understand the difference so lower cost for Muda.

Cost of raw material /waste paper has drop a lot as you can see from the above link, drop of 50% to 70% from in Feb 2018. Finished product are at far above normal prices, look like can achieve RM5.00 very soon.

Last qtr. 2 cents dividend makes all the damaged, never in HY again unless china Man Company start giving dividend like former shell

gross margin Q4 2017 is 19.0% while Q4 2016 is 18.3%, not much changes in gross margin and the increased in gross profit q4 2017 are mainly because of higher volume sold instead of increased in price, something fishy

if you look properly at UMW Q4 results, add back contract write off of 254m, EPS for Q4 should be around 20 cents and at PE 15 should be valued at RM12.00, this is excluding any further improvement in 2018/2019 for example exchange rate and aerospace fan business. I’m betting big on UMW after making few million with HY (bought at RM4.5 sold at RM17.3).

We Indian consumed lots of milk and natural yogurt daily, Natural yogurt can be made by yourself with just plain milk and yogurt (which contained the yeast ), this is only possible is the milk is actually milk because the yogurt yeast only survive with milk and not chemical like milk. Most of the Milk brands in Malaysia you can’t make yogurt because it is not milk. Except only one that is Goodday (we have tried the entire Milk brand in Malaysia)
