funny thing about bt his TA, their financial analysit always like to throw spanner when ever good ddevelopment happening. To give ample tome for them to collet price at lower entry.. the same analyst will produce high TP when existing environment showed otherwise. Never believe report form IB bank, they only profit them self.

down the road everybody will lupa the pledge to capped the budget at certain amount. It is not easy to capped budget for any construction due to valid and reasonable unforseen circumstances. Later on, next 2 - 3 years if needs additional cost, ppl olready forgot la..no more talk about LRT3, HSR, ECRL, etc..other matters sure crop up.

a bit curious coz from my observation, the stock is trading at the edge of downside of Bollinger band, which is very good, supported with few technical indicators that might suggest uptrend movement. RCI is currently at lower level. But most importantly is the Stochastic.
Anybody got any idea..hehe

dont be surprise after Tun M visit China, ecrl would proceed but with new term. Project not that bad, it's just the term which use all companies, machinery, and workers from China that doesn't fit with our economic strategy, and China as a good and prolific business nation, sure no problem coz they olready untung banyak in many ways.
