if on dividend basis i would prefer Eng Kah which every qtr give out rm0.05 annual rm0.2 which compare to Padini rm0.02/qtr rm0.1/year act still got some more shares in my watch list is more than rm0.15 dividend/year eg,Msniaga/MNRB:)

Metro Kajang Holding..is a property/construction company..i got strong feel its property once done revaluation it will be another Brem case NAV at rm8+@@ n today only HwangDBS give target price at rm5+ which the current price is 2.7+ & warrant 0.95-0.97..

i already cut lose for all at 0.6 & 0.185 (Stuck for more than a year) and fully change to MKH warrant now:)

the trend will be another Brem Case which recently Revaluation worth NAV rm8+..so beware of MKH Revaluation as well happy investing:)

they fully ctrl the trend so better play buy in 0.55-0.58 & sell 0.63-0.65:)

good target point 0.5-0.6 (>20%) after report announce perhaps..act i got a feel they try to lower their PE range by lower the company share price..cos if no mistaken current PE stand ard below 25 compare to previous PE 33-35+..

yea of cos i know about it..wat i mean is the short gaps of boosting after annouce it..i notice if let say 0.55 after announce it will up to 0.62 (>10% boost in short period) n warrant 0.15 will boost up to o.21 (>40%) so it will be short play for the trend.so for those who stuck for long time can give it a try to reduce or minimal the losses..

after Christmas ard 27/12-31/12..

anyway i think the accumulate profit will breach 100M vs 48M (52% increase maybe) :)

if refer to the Genting Spore case which the subsi Traveller IPO list on Philippine will bring USD150M to it so i do believe the same case to Bjcorp which BjAuto IPO will bring certain amount of earning to Bjcorp so do BUY before the report is out..happy investing:)

@gavin : act capital invest wont bigger eg RM5k @ 1.71 (3k units), in another round rm5k @ 1.31(3.8k unit) , sell rm5k @ 1.35 (3.7k unit) , in another round rm5k 1.2 (if lower) (4.2k unit), sell rm5k @ 1.25 (4k unit)..so end up how much is yr capital?RM5k still rite but must rmb u hold more units after all (3k+3.8k-3.7k+4.2k-4k=3.3k unit **300 extra unit increase with same rm5k capital & indirectly u ad drawdown yr breakeven to 1.51 wf same rm5k capital) so no harm for trying it;)

if can try drawdown your breakeven range with lower price to secure the profit:)

@gavin : i think it is good time to change your breakeven range lower..
eg: u use rm5k buy at 1.71 so u use back the same rm5k buy again @ 1.31 n perhaps sell the previous rm5k with slightly higher ard rm1.35..so u will have more units in yr hand in other way round with same amount rm5k;)
