简单来说，此次的收购案中如同公司文告中提及，若是你是现有股东的话你将会获得：
• 每股约 RM 0.3926 的现金。How much of cash we get for 1000 lot nylex shareholder?
• 根据持股数量，获得 ANCOM 每股以 RM 1.500 的价格的母股。How much of Ancom share we get for 1000 lot nylex shareholder?
• 依旧持有 NYLEX 母股。Still holding same share quantity of nylex share for nylex shareholder?
