If I must attach the risk of burning a hole in my capital to catch this falling knife and taking into consideration the aforesaid, perhaps at 2.50-2.55 level may be worth the bet

Somehow I find the price did not drop much from a high of around 3.20 (intra-day high) and most of the time this stock is trading at 3.01-3.10 level. That is only a drop of 30 sen, and please don't forget the stock has ran from 2.70+ to 3.00+ just 2, 3 weeks ago.

越南動亂，平陽省工業區發生史上最嚴重的排華暴動，18日在越南還將會有全國大遊行，許多還在越南的台商人心惶惶。國安局長李翔宙今日在立法院外交及國防委員會，答覆親民黨立委李桐豪時表示，據瞭解，越南本周日若有全國性示威遊行，他判斷中共在周邊會有戰備提升。

李翔宙也首度證實，本月3日中國與越南在爭議水域發生油權糾紛後，國安局8日即聯繫越南公安部，9日透過僑委會發函給越南各台商會注意。列席備詢的外交部長林永樂坦承，台商當時瞭解可能會有這樣狀況，「但沒有想到狀況會到達失控局面」。李桐豪建議，政府應該對各地區長期政經風險納入考量。

綠委蔡煌瑯批評，大批越南在台勞工在本月11日集結在台北車站向中國抗議，當時政府就應該警覺越南可能會發生更大的事情。李翔宙指出，對於這場抗議，國安局在10日就掌握預警情報。

【越南反華】長榮 (EVA Air) 出動747 台商花7.8萬搶唔到機位

越南排華暴動持續進行，不少台商仍無法順利乘機返台，唯有透過親人向台灣政府求救。目前政府正在研究事態，不排除撤僑。今早7時30分由台北桃園起飛到越南的長榮航班，為了接載更多越南台商，航空公司臨時將飛機改用波音747客機。有空姐向透露，越南當地情況危急，有台商花1萬美金（約7.8萬港幣）仍無法搶到機位。

A few smart Alex remisiers from KN and CIMB who visited the company 2 saturday ago trying to push Hevea, now heard they are "pregnant" with a few million Hevea shares and stuck. Just watch one day big drop because of them vomiting

How can pp shares at 1.00? The max discount is 10% to the 5-days price and volume weighted average. As such, unless the market price goes down to $1.10, then the newly issued pp shares can be at $1.00 and I don't see how Hevea shares price can be 1.10 anytime now
