While ni broadly true namun JAKS ada supply some machines dan equipment
JAKS role is that of a main contractor
It is very common a main con or developers does not set foot kat site at all especially klau ada consultants employed
DK66 It is part of the JV agreement that Jaks has to subcontract its EPC works to CEEC group. As far as I know, Jaks is not involved in the construction works at all.

It looks like ALP is mislead into Property Development by ICDM "Island Circle Development (M) Sdn Bhd, whose two major shareholders are Chen Cheong Fat (65%) and Rasli Musamah (35%)"
All will be forgiven if ALP can delivered the JPP with the promised profit and use the Dividend received from JPP to clean the book of JAKS and start giving out dividend to JAKS shareholders.
